All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the United States.

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.

Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Packaging:
All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. We take extra care with trading card products to prevent damage during transit.

Delays:
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to carrier issues or high demand periods.

Lost or Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
